Can I access on-site services as an on-demand client?

Absolutely! On-site services are available to all our clients, both during and outside working hours. Of course, we will notify you when and if this is necessary. On-site visits will be charged hourly and additional charges may apply to visits outside of office hours.

Do your on-demand IT services include proactive monitoring?

No, our on-demand IT services are reactive and do not include proactive monitoring. If you are looking for a provider who will proactively manage your IT, we encourage you to look at our managed IT services page.
